Terus-menerus registrasi ulang dan kirim sms premium berbayar tanpa bisa masuk ke aplikasi. Nasabah rugi waktu dan pulsa. Sudah 2 minggu tanpa perbaikan. Tampaknya tidak ada kepedulian dari BCA terhadap para nasabah yang menggunakan Sakuku. Sungguh sangat mengecewakan respon dan layanan dari BCA.

1 Feb s/d 3 Feb transfer pending. BCA harus catat baik-baik, bahwa di balik setiap transferan, ada urusan hidup dan mati seseorang. Apakah BCA bersedia tanggung jawab kalau ada nyawa melayang karena transferan pending? Kan nggak. Ini masalah serius, tim operation tolong tindaklanjuti dan tim development tolong evaluasi. KECEWA, Tidak bisa masuk, hanya ada sms yg info utk call 1500888 apabila bukan pengguna, coba call 1500888 setengah jam jg tdk ada solusi

Tidak dapat melakukan registrasi. Sudah kirim SMS lebih dari 15x sampai pulsa habis, tetep gagal muncul tulisan "SMS tidak ada".
